How to place your campaign order?

Below you will find the order form to fill out and complete. There are 7 steps in total to go through to help you personalise your campaign.

* An SMS click through is a a version of the voucher/ promo image on the bottom of your letter converted to be able to be viewed once clicked on the link provided in the SMS message.
** All supplier ads you wish to include in your campaign must be a preferred Eyebenefit supplier.

Once artwork is approved we will schedule in your preferred date & contact you a week prior to include your most updated marketing database you would like to target.
