Our Easy + Effective 4 Step Process

Step 1

Design

You can choose a design from one of our existing templates or our designer will work with you to tailor a design to your needs.

Step 2

Approve

Once your letter is designed, it’s ready for your approval. You can suggest feedback and further changes until you are 100% happy.

Step 3

Database

You provide us with your customer database for the campaign, using either Optomate or Sunix. We can assist you with this if required.

Step 3

Post

Your letters are now ready to go! We’ll take care of the printing and postage for you.
