How do I become a member of EyeBenefit?

Becoming a member of EyeBenefit is as simple as downloading and completing our membership enquiry form and sending it back to us. Once we’ve processed your application, a member of our team will contact you and take you through the next steps.

Is there a fee or charge to join EyeBenefit?

No, membership is free of charge. We pride ourselves on making EyeBenefit
accessible to all independent owner-operated optometry practices who are a good fit for our community. Therefore we will never charge you any fees for joining or maintaining your membership. Sounds good, right?

What are the benefits of joining the EyeBenefit community?

There are a huge range of benefits and services available to members of our community, from exclusive promotions, deals and discounts on quality products from leading brands to expert marketing and business building services to help you grow and promote your practice. What is a buying group?

A buying group is a collective of independent businesses who leverage their combined purchasing power to secure discounts and better prices on the products and services they buy for their businesses. This works well for suppliers too as they can market and sell to buying groups at a lower cost compared to their traditional channels. It’s a win-win.

What if I am already in another buying group?

EyeBenefit memberships are currently only available to independent optometrists and optical dispensers registered in Australia, who are not already part of a buying group.

Do I have to purchase from EyeBenefit suppliers?

We carefully select all our suppliers in order to partner only with those most aligned with our brand, and who can offer the most value to our members. However there is absolutely no obligation for you to purchase from any of our preferred EyeBenefit suppliers and there is no minimum spend required. You can view our complete list of suppliers here.

Do I have to be a member to take part in the Eyesupport Vision Rebate Program?

Yes you must have an active EyeBenefit membership in order to participate in the EyeSupport Vision Rebate Program and to access the marketing services in our EyeBenefit Support Hub.

How do I access my rebates?

The rebates you earn as an EyeBenefit member are credited to your account each quarter and are redeemable through any of the marketing and business building services in our EyeBenefit Support Hub.
